Exchange and Refunds are Available for only broken and wrong product delivery.

To initiate the Refund we need product to be returned within 3-4 days of receiving the product.

If the received product pass the quality check, You will receive the Refund within 7 working days.
If the product is broken or the wrong product was delivered. You can request the exchange .but you need to be informed with in 24 hours.At this moments we can not facilitate the return product.
Our exchange policy requires that the item you are returning be in actual condition Tag and packing should remain intact and the dress should not have been – – -used ..once the item is Received at the which the exchange processed
To due date are NOT REFUNDABLE & EXCHANGE and Refund are Available for only defective and wrong product delivery.
The customer needs send their products themselves.once the exchange or refund request is successfully resubmitted. Our team will review your Request. and once the request is approved. The exchange will be processed. Only when the product is received at our warehouse and meets the quality parameters of the item.
